The symposium is open to medical, healthcare, and biomedical students (including 2024–2025 graduates), young professionals, and other delegates passionate about research, mentorship, and healthcare development.

Complete the online form on the Registration Page. Each participant must register individually. After submitting the form, you will receive confirmation details via email.

The fee covers access to symposium sessions, conference materials, light refreshments (in-person attendees), and a certificate of attendance.

Yes, all registered virtual participants who attend sessions will receive a digital certificate of attendance.

The symposium is designed as a full multi-day event. We encourage full participation for the best experience, but partial attendance is allowed.

Accommodation is not included in the registration fee. It is optional and charged separately.. Affordable 5-day lodging is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Yes. If you’ve made arrangements to share with someone, include their name(s) during registration. We’ll do our best to assign shared rooms accordingly.

Bring your confirmation email, student or professional ID, and your own bedding (sheets, pillowcase, blanket) if using provided accommodation.

Yes! The symposium includes oral and poster presentations. A call for abstracts will be sent out separately with guidelines and deadlines.
